Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Most Exchanges are due to fit issues. Please consult our sizing guides before ordering, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help! An email now could save you lots of hassle and additional postage later!
What is our return policy?
Wicked Diva and wickedvegas.net are proud to sell quality products from around the world. Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects. However, we are human and once in a while we do "mess up". - If you received defective merchandise or ship you the wrong item [our mistake], you have 10 days from the shipping date to get it back to us and accompanied with the invoice. - Please email us at sales@wickedvegas.net for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them-- unworn, with tags still attached. Condition of returned items judged at our discretion. --Items not allowed for exchange. For your safety and due to health regulations items of an intimate nature are not returnable or exchangeable for sanitary reasons. No exceptions! Items considered intimate in nature: includes, but are not limited to: Women's teddies and body stockings, women's and men's panties and underwear, wigs, hosiery, lingerie, undergarments, bodyjewelry, personal massagers, lubricants, body toppings, bath & spa products and swimwear. With regret Due to the nature of the materials, PVC (vinyl), Faux leather, leather, stretchable fabrics and Latex items can not be returned or exchanged. [Unless item is defective.] Costumes are not returnable or exchangable. As a courtesy to our customers we will happily exchange items that don't fit, -except those items not allowed under our ["Items not allowed for exchange".] ~ only if the size you desire is available, Keep in mind that exchanges are subject to availability, if we do not have the item in stock, or has been sold out by the manufacturer, we will not be able to provide you with an exchange.
Call Tags are not issued and the sender is responsible for all shipping charges to get it back to us. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be refused. Once the item is received by us and in same condition it left our warehouse, we will re-ship the new item at no cost to you. Absolutely no returns for defective mechandise will be accepted later than 7 business days from the date your order was shipped.
Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges. We will contact you if further postage is required.
Please make sure that your return address is correct and complete, including name, apartment number, and suite number if applicable.
wickedvegas.net and Wicked Diva holds no responsibility for other issues arising from shipping complications, including but not limited to; acts of God, weather conditions, dishonest postal workers / customs agents, war or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that your package is returned to our facility due to ANY delivery issues, we will notify you via email about your returned package. You will have seven business days to provide our company, via email, the correct SHIP TO information and will invoice payment to reship your order. If we do not receive a response, we will restock the items after a 30 day period, and you will receive a store credit code in the amount of the original order minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.... -
INCORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS CAN BE COSTLY AND TIME CONSUMING! So please make sure you double check your ship to address upon placing your order
