International Order FAQ's

Q: Do you ship orders overseas?
A: Yes, however, International Orders are only accepted at this time from PayPal registered international members.

Due to recent developments, shipping delays to GERMANY, AUSTRALIA and UK MAY take longer than usual. If you are unwilling to wait a bit longer, Please consider this purchase and arrival times until these issues are resolved.

Exchange Rate Calculator - Exchange rates change hourly and cannot be guaranteed. The appropriate exchange rate will be computed by PayPal at the time of your order.

The store is configured to make international transactions, using Paypal. Payments must be made in US dollars and you (the receiver) are responsible for any duties or taxes.

Credit Card Payments.

Credit Cards or Bank Wires are required on all International Purchases. We verify the authenticity of all card holders and you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number along with the security code on the back of the credit card. This is a security issue to limit credit card fraud to protect you our customer as well as us, the supplier.
Processing of international orders will not begin until verification is made. In some cases orders may be held up to 15 days while infomation is verified. Prices are given in U.S. Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company. Currency conversion can be found Here! International orders are shipped by International Priority Mail which usually arrives within 6 - 10 business days. Countries that do not have International Priority Mail and orders that are shipped via Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 1-3 weeks after being shipped, but please allow up to 30 days. The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared.

Unlike most online stores, we do not charge your credit card until the item is ready to ship.

A Note About International Shipping:

We ship USPS International Priority and it takes approx. 6 - 15 business days or longer, depending on customs. All prices subject to change accordingly to US Postal Services.

Tracking is not available for Priority Mail International Shipping.
Please allow a 72 hour processing period after placing your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, but we do ship daily throughout the week.
Buyer is responsible for researching rules/regulations/restrictions in regard to importing goods into their country of residence. Buyer assumes all responsibility for duties, tariffs, taxes and/or other importing costs associated with the delivery to the country of destination. . Each country has their own Customs Regulations which may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material that are included in your order. Each order will be accompanied with a customs form that will document what is in the package, and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package in US Dollars. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s).
Invoice will be included in the package which shows your order information [UNLESS YOU SPECIFY NOT INVOICE INCLUDED].
wickedvegas.net/Wicked Diva is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service, including but not limited to; acts of God, weather conditions, dishonest postal workers / customs agents, war or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
wickedvegas.net/Wicked Diva holds no liability for products and/or orders withheld or disposed of by customs.
Orders to Italy and Greece are shipped via Airmail.
Orders over $300.00 from Canada and Mexico will be shipped FREE. [see bottom of page for exceptions.]
All our Prices are in US Dollars.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and, of course - Paypal. PayPal is our preferred method, since faster processing time means faster service for you! If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You can still pay us securely with your credit card using PayPal (and you don't even have to sign up for an account!) If you'd like to sign up for a PayPal account, you can visit www.PayPal.com - there is no cost, and you'll be set up in minutes.
In the event that your package is returned to our facility due to ANY delivery issues, we will notify you via email. You will have seven business days to provide our company, via email, the correct SHIP TO information and we will invoice payment to reship your order. For more info, please see our FAQ's page
