Purchasing from our website

  • All items supplied are new goods, Unless you are purchasing vintage items.
  • All items on this site have been provided in good faith, on the understanding that the goods described will be made available to us at the time of sale. Failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with our orders, or at all, may result in some lines being unavailable.
  • We are committed to ensuring that every item we offer for sale is represented to the best of our ability. - Here at, we strive to accurately represent the color and appearance of our products in our product images, which we quality check on at least 4 monitors. However, due to the fact that monitor settings vary, we strongly encourage all of our shoppers to read the product description in addition to looking at the pictures. For example, a burgundy dress may appear purple on your monitor due to your individual monitor settings. If you are in doubt about the color of an item, please don't hesitate to ask - we're here to help!
  • We do not charge any credit cards, or Paypal purchaser's account until goods are ready for dispatch.
  • Please allow 1-4 days additional processing time for your order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Tuesday.

Where are you located: We are located in the Great City of Las Vegas, Nevada in the Western United States.

Do you have a storefront? Wickedvegas.Net is an online business and we conduct our business online. Therefore all orders must be placed online. However, If you live in or are visiting Las Vegas and you would like to arrange a pick-up, please email us the items you simply HAVE TO HAVE, and we would be delighted to accommodate your request.

Do you Deliver? We deliver only to Casinos and hotels on The Strip. Deliveries can be picked up by the guest at the concierge desk of their hotel. There's a delivery charge of $10.00.

What is the best way to Contact you: Please contact us via email e-mail, or you can reach us the old fashioned way, by calling us: 1-702.985-2146. (excluding weekends and holidays], - We will get back to your email requests within 24 hours, and your phone calls will be answered within 48 hours. If you want to check the status of your order, though, the quickest way is to follow the link in your order confirmation email.

Can I pay with a Money Order? We no longer accept Money Orders.

Do you accept PayPal? Yes! In fact, we prefer it as it allows us to receive your payment faster. Don't Have a PayPal Account? You don't need a one! Pay us securely through PayPal using your regular credit card. Once you have are ready to purchase your fabulous finds, simply indicate you would like to use PayPal as your method of payment - Click the PayPal Logo at the end of your order screens (don't worry, it is easy!), then click the button that says,"If you do not currently have a PayPal account, CLICK HERE." (No, you don't have to sign up). At the next screen, you can enter your billing information and credit card info. There... see? That was easy!

Sorry, but we are unable to process order substitutions after you place your order. We will try to help you, however, we are busy working to fill orders during the day and we do not guarantee any order cancellations or modifications and/or substitutions. This includes address changes due to information entered incorrectly upon placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, we consider the transaction completed. Refusing a package does not entitle you to a refund. Refused packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of the shipping and handling because we have already incurred the cost of preparing, processing and shipping your order..


In the event that your package is returned to our facility due to ANY delivery issues, we will notify you via email about your returned package. You will have seven business days to provide our company, via email, the correct SHIP TO information and will invoice payment to reship your order. If we do not receive a response, we will re-stock the items after a 30 day waiting period, and you will receive a check within 28 days of receipt of the products in the amount of the original order minus a 10% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling costs. -

Incorrect Ship To Address Can Be Costly and Time Consuming!   So please make sure you double check your Ship To address upon placing your order. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges [FAQ]

  • --I bought this necklace from you for a special event and decided I would not have an occasion to wear it again and so I am returning it as unworn and would like a refund.
    Wouldn't that be great if we could all do that? If we receive such an item back from you, you will find it back in your mailbox within a week and your credit card payment will not be refunded, but will be charged the additional shipping charge that we incurred for shipping it back to you.
  • --My body jewelry doesn't fit. Can I return it?
    ...Um, no.
    We want you as a customer to have 100% satisfaction for the jewelry that you order from us. But since Body Jewelry is a personal item, we have to treat it as needles in a doctors office, once opened it must be thrown away. So in other words, "NO RETURNS".
  • --My stockings doesn't fit. Can I return them?
    ...Um, no.
  • --I received an item that doesn't fit and I'd like to exchange it for a full refund. We will happily extend a 100% in-store credit (minus shipping and handling) on unsatisfactory items. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policies Page for additional information.
  • --But I didn't know that you only had a store credit return policy because I never bothered to read any of this information.
    We created the Return page,  See Returns in addition to this FAQ's page so that you could be an informed shopper. It is your responsibility to read and understand our policies before you place your order - this goes for any online store, not just ours. If you didn't take the time to read our Return or FAQ pages, it does not exempt you from the responsibility you have to read & agree to our terms before shopping on our site.

    If you send any lingerie items back to us, we will ship them back to you. In addition, we will need to charge your credit card for the shipping expense incurred.Items considered intimate in nature: Panties, thongs, bras, nightgowns, camisole sets, garters, camigarters, thigh highs, stockings, socks, and swimwear. Please make sure to view the sizing guides we have provided on the "size chart" page before making your purchase of an intimate item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to our wide range of styles, sizes & colours, some of our items must be made to order by our manufacturers. Therefore our delivery time from receipt of your order is 2 to 3 weeks.

What if my order is out of stock?
Occasionally, some of our items will be "Out of Stock" or "Temporarily Sold Out" it mean that we plan to re-stock when it becomes available again from the manufacturer. If this should occur we will happily place your item on backorder and ship it when it arrives. We do require pre-payment for all backordered items. If the item you order is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail within ONE business day of receiving your order. At that time you may decide whether you would like to place the item on backorder or cancel your order.

If an item is truly no longer available, we put it a "SOLD OUT" label. We have many styles in the various shopping categories on the site that we re-order on a continuous basis. Also, we always try to order items in a range of sizes since, as we know, there are all shapes and sizes of girls out there..

How come you don't carry many Large sizes?
We have received a lot of feedback that we should order more items in Xlarge sizes and/or plus sizes. We always try to do this. The problem is that these are the most popular sizes. If what you see is only available in a small or medium on the site, that usually means the larger sizes have sold out and not that we only ordered it in the smaller sizes. Please shoot *us* an email to see if the item in which you are interested is still available in your size. We are constantly expanding our Plus Size Clothing & Lingerie categories. If you don't see something that strikes your fancy today, you just might tomorrow.

How fast will I get my order?
From our warehouse, it will take anywhere from 3 to seven business days for USPS to deliver the package, depending on the delivery option you choose. In most cases, you can expect your order in about 10 business days.

Products sold as novelties are for educational purposes only. No specific uses are advocated. Individuals with allergies to PVC [polyvinylchloride] or urethane based plastics should not use these products. If in doubt, consult your physician. Keep out of reach of children.
