Jewelry Return Policy  

 

All sales are Final on Jewelry , No returns Accepted.

  • We inspect all merchandise before they are shipped out to ensure there are no defects.
  • No items can be returned unless they are manufacture defects (workmanship or material).
  • If there are manufacture defects, merchandise must be returned within 24hrs of Delivery in unused and unworn condition with Return Authorization number.

    • Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges unless you received a wrong or damaged item. In this case you only pay the return shipping cost, when shipping back to us. A defective item(s) may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

     

    • If an item cannot be repaired, Store credit will be issued.<
    • There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective. <
    • All sales are final

        • We cannot guarantee times of arrival, nor do we assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands.
        • All orders include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered.
        • If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows it’s been delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
