Jewelry Return Policy
All sales are Final on Jewelry , No returns Accepted.
We inspect all merchandise before they are shipped out to ensure there are no defects.
No items can be returned unless they are manufacture defects (workmanship or material).
If there are manufacture defects, merchandise must be returned within 24hrs of Delivery in unused and unworn condition with Return Authorization number.
Please note that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways for exchanges unless you received a wrong or damaged item. In this case you only pay the return shipping cost, when shipping back to us.
A defective item(s) may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
- If an item cannot be repaired, Store credit will be issued.<
- There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective. <
- All sales are final
Shipping
- We cannot guarantee times of arrival, nor do we assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands.
- All orders include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered.
- If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows it’s been delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
